Secure Work from Home's primary purpose is to ensure that your company's and customer's sensitive information remains safe. The application uses the agent computer’s camera to detect unauthorized people, mobile phones, and unattended computers without compromising agent privacy. 

As a supervisor, your role is to monitor and, if necessary, take action based on events raised by the application running on your agents' computers.  

What is an event?  An event is something that happens which your company has decided should be tracked.  In some cases, your company may decide that the agent's screen should be put to sleep or even locked.  If locked, your agent will require your involvement to unlock their screen.
