🚀 What's New
- SWFH-1458, SWFH-1497 The Teams filter is replaced with an organization hierarchy filter. This will allow the supervisor to filter agents based on their organization hierarchy. This feature requires SWFH Server 5.4.0 or above to work.
- SWFH-1366 ,SWFH-1422, SWFH-1535 Added support for the supervisor to securely authenticate via facelogin. This feature will also work with SWFH Multicam if SWFH UI is installed in the system. This feature requires SWFH Server 5.4.0 or above and FaceAuth Server 1.5.0 or above to work .
- SWFH-1457 Added support to search for events in the Event History using EventId. This feature requires SWFH Server 5.4.0
⭐ Improvements
- SWFH-1500 If an agent does not have a profile picture available a default icon will be shown. Number of profile picture requests sent to SWFH Server is also reduced by checking for a maximum of 6 times every 30seconds.

🐞 Bug Fixes

- SWFHSUP-61 Fixed an issue with the prerequisites page appearing and getting stuck after the supervisor successfully logged in via SSO.
