Agent Help
The following information is focused on helping an agent understand Tetherfi's Secure Work from Home application. It's pretty straightforward. However, before we go any further, let's start by answering the following question.
What's the purpose of this application?
This application's purpose is to ensure that your company's and customer's sensitive information remains safe. The application uses your computer’s camera to detect unauthorized people, mobile phones, and unattended computers without compromising your privacy. For example, if another person enters the camera view, the tool sends an alert to you and your supervisor so you can take corrective action. The tool may also lock your screen or computer to secure information on the display from being viewed.

- The Application - gives you a tour of the application and explains some more details about logging in, face authentication, and other things that may happen while you are using the application.
- Profile Pictures - provides some best practices for an agent's profile picture used by the system for authentication
