These settings related to the Supervisor-Agent experience.
Feature Settings
- TRS_SCREEN_UNBLOCK_ENABLED
- Enable screen unblocking for the supervisor
- Default: true
- TRS_SCREEN_BLOCK_ENABLED
- Enable screen blocking for the supervisor
- Default: true
- TRS_PEEP_ENABLED
- Enable check in (previously called "peep") for the supervisor which allows the supervisor to check in on the selected agent
- Default: true
- TRS_PEEP_BEFORE_LOGIN_ENABLED
- Allow a supervisor to check in before an agent has logged in
- Default: false
- TRS_SUPERVISOR_CHAT_ENABLED
- Enable chat for the supervisor
- Default: true
- TRS_UNBLOCK_MASTERCODE_ENABLED
- If disabled, then mastercode will not work as an OTP to unblock a screen block
- Default: true

- The value for the master code (6 or 8 digits)
