Liveness Detection

overview liveness detection's purpose is to ensure that agents are not simply putting a photograph of themselves in front of their camera the detection model verifies that the camera is looking at a living person in most cases, we recommend only modifying the settings under "feature settings common" modification of settings under "feature settings advanced" should only be done with support from secure wfm smes and guidance from it feature settings common trs liveness detection enabled enable liveness detection default true (enable it) trs liveness failure limit controls how often a liveness failure event will be raised the number specifies the concurrent number of times liveness can fail before an event is raised increase this number to generate fewer liveness failure events default 3 trs liveness repeat interval this setting controls how long the system should wait (in seconds) after a liveness failure event to re enable liveness detection increase this number to generate fewer liveness failure events default 5 trs liveness violation timeout timeout for liveness detection default=10 feature settings advanced trs liveness check frequency specifies the number of times a face should be found before checking for liveness (i e don't check for liveness if there is no face visible in the camera) increase this number to generate fewer liveness failure events default 50 liveness detector model threshold lower confidence limit for liveness detection below which "fake" is the result default 0 3 liveness detector model confidence higher confident limit for liveness detection above which "fake" is the results default 0 5
