Self-Onboarding feature streamlines the user onboarding experience by allowing users to complete their onboarding independently through a simple, guided workflow. This eliminates the need for manual intervention, reduces setup time, and ensures consistency across user profiles in the system.

π’Process Flow
- Bulk Onboarding via OCM Users are onboarded through OCM using the Bulk Onboarding process. This initializes their user profiles in the system.
- SWFH Application Installation The Secure Work From Home (SWFH) application is installed across all agent systems.
- Self-Onboarding via SWFH UI When a user launches the SWFH UI:
- If self-onboarding is enabled and the userβs profile picture is missing or rejected or not approved , this will indicate that onboarding is incomplete,
- A browser window automatically opens with the onboarding webpage to capture profile details and a photo.
- Data Submission and Sync Upon submission, all captured details are securely uploaded to OCM for review.
- Admin Review and Approval In the OCM UI, the Admin reviews and approves the details uploaded by the user. This step ensures data accuracy and compliance with onboarding requirements.
- Profile Activation After admin approval, the user re-launches the SWFH UI.
- The approved profile picture and details are reflected in the interface.
- The user can then log in successfully and begin work.
- Audit trail reports will be available for this feature.
- Date and time user uploaded
- pictures, date/time Supervisor approved/disapproved.
- Report on all approvals, sort by org, admin, date/time, etc.
