📸self onboarding feature streamlines the user onboarding experience by allowing users to complete their onboarding independently through a simple, guided workflow this eliminates the need for manual intervention, reduces setup time, and ensures consistency across user profiles in the system 🔑key highlights supports both bulk onboarding via ocm and individual self onboarding seamless integration with secure work from home (swfh) application and ocm enables quick user setup, profile completion, and admin approval with minimal dependencies 🎢process flow bulk onboarding via ocm users are onboarded through ocm using the bulk onboarding process this initializes their user profiles in the system swfh application installation the secure work from home (swfh) application is installed across all agent systems self onboarding via swfh ui when a user launches the swfh ui if self onboarding is enabled and the user’s profile picture is missing or rejected or not approved , this will indicate that onboarding is incomplete, a browser window automatically opens with the onboarding webpage to capture profile details and a photo data submission and sync upon submission, all captured details are securely uploaded to ocm for review admin review and approval in the ocm ui, the admin reviews and approves the details uploaded by the user this step ensures data accuracy and compliance with onboarding requirements profile activation after admin approval, the user re launches the swfh ui the approved profile picture and details are reflected in the interface the user can then log in successfully and begin work audit trail reports will be available for this feature date and time user uploaded pictures, date/time supervisor approved/disapproved report on all approvals, sort by org, admin, date/time, etc benefits faster deployment reduces onboarding time through automation reduced admin overhead minimizes manual data entry and tracking improved user experience simple, intuitive, and self guided process consistency and compliance ensures standardized profile data across all users
