overview screen block is when the secure wfh app locks the screen a requires the agent to enter a on time passcode (otp) in order to unlock their pc windows lock (put the pc to sleep) is the less restrictive action that can be taken the settings below control the screen block experience feature settings trs cannedmessage activation interval send canned message configured above if screen not unblocked after this many number of seconds default 120 trs otp alphanumeric if true, an 8 character alphanumeric code is generated as the otp, else a 6 digit numeric otp is generated default true trs sessionlock on status when the agent changes their state (in the secure wfh) to this setting (specified by a string), their session will be locked (screen will be put to sleep) default break trs disable screenblock no network enabled if this is set to true, then no screenblock will occur if there is no network connectivity (best practice = true) default false trs screenblock before login enabled enable uploading of screen block media before login if using auto login, this should be disabled (false) in most cases default false trs otp enabled to enable/disable otp for screen unblocking default true trs camerapicture on screenblocker window to enable/disable the camera picture on the screen block window (bottom right) this feature also depends on trs camerapicture enabled to be enabled default false
