Overview
These settings provide control over the specifics of how Secure WFH events are logged for supervisor review and reporting.
Feature Settings
- TRS_SCREENSHOT_ENABLED
- When logging an event, include a screenshot of the agent's desktop
- Default: true
- TRS_DRM_PROTECTED_APPS
- List of applications which should not be visible (i.e. Secure WFH will block them) when screenshots are created.
- Example: whatsapp,chrome,msedge
- TRS_DRMSELF_ENABLED
- If true, the Secure WFH app itself will be blocked from any screen captures
- Default: false
- TRS_CAMERAPICTURE_ENABLED
- When logging an event, include a snapshot from the camera
- Default: true
- TRS_BLURRED_CAMERAPICTURE_ENABLED
- If this is enabled, all the faces except the agent in the image will be blurred when uploading violation. This does not apply to blurring the camera video display or upload
- Default: true
- TRS_SCREENVIDEO_ENABLED
- When logging an event, include a video of the agent's screen just prior to and after the event occurred
- Default: true
- TRS_CAMERAVIDEO_ENABLED
- When logging an event, include a video of the agent's camera just prior to and after the event occurred
- Default: true
- TRS_GEOLOCATION_ENABLED
- When logging an event, include the geolocation (latitude and longitude) of the agent (derived from the IP address)
- Default: true
- TRS_ENABLE_CAPTURE_BOTH_CAMERAS
- If enabled, enable detection on multiple cameras
- Default: true
These four attributes can be used to disable media for events.
- TRS_DISABLE_CAMPIC_FOR
- Enter the events that need camera pic to be disabled in case of those events.
- TRS_DISABLE_SCREENSHOT_FOR
- Enter the events that need camera pic to be disabled in case of those events.
- TRS_DISABLE_SCREENVIDEO_FOR
- Enter the events that need camera pic to be disabled in case of those events.
- TRS_DISABLE_CAMVIDEO_FOR
- Enter the events that need camera pic to be disabled in case of those events.
Example given below -
- TRS_TIMESTAMP_ON_CAMPIC_ENABLED -
- To put a timestamp on camera pic if needed to verify the timestamp of the camera pic taken vs the violation raised.
