Whenever a feature is added/modified at OCM side or at server end, the changes will be reflected in the UI/app immediately.

 A notification will appear on the user screen to restart the app, post which the changes will be reflected effectively. 

TRS_AUTO_RESTART_CONSENT_REQUIRED is the needed for this feature to be enabled.
