events that occurred within the selected time window detail clicking on the eye button to the left of an authentication event will display the camera and video details of that event (if configured) desktop process analytics (dpa) this report lists the processes (applications) which were running on a given agent's desktop during a time window it also includes the amount of time the process was active event accuracy report this report the accuracy by event of the events detected by secure work from home accuracy is based on the total number of detected events compared to the detected events which the system's users (supervisors and others) disagreed with so if, in a given time window, there were 100 gadgets detected and users disagreed with 3 of those gadget detections, the accuracy for that time window would be 97% detail if you click on a given record, you will see more detail event count this report summarizes event counts for a specific organization unit (and its sub tree) event trace this report provides the most detailed view into generated events and provides access to the event's detail, allows the viewer to disagree with a detection, and provides a timeline showing the particular event in the context of other events around it detail clicking on the detail (eye) button on the left of an event record, you can see camera and screen details of the event (if configured) agree/disagree clicking on the agree/disagree button on the left of an event record brings up the review and disagree window this window allows you to pick an annotation label to categorize what is in this event's image and a comment to record your thoughts on why you agree/ disagree with the identification that secure work from home made for example, secure work from home may have identified a mainly used for model improvement purposes msi summary this report will show the msi installation count as failed and success msi action this report will give the details on the msi installation for a user the report shows status of the installation (success/failed), reason user name of the machine installed or uninstallation mode of install ( interactive/manual/auto update) machine specs agent login logout report this report will give the details on the agent login and logout time, and the total login hours agent unavailable time report this report calculates the lock time and block time that the agent had for a day this report is useful to calculate the productivity of a day for a particular agent
