Running Reports

reports are accessed using tetherfi's ocm (operation control manager) application the specific reports that a given user can access is controlled by the roles assigned to that user for more information on roles, please see the roles docid\ fsya bvujbjw2wgch3erv section to access reports, click on the reporting icon in the upper right corner of the ocm screen running a report once you are on the reports page, you select a report by first selecting a report channel either common or remote security (secure work from home) and then selecting the desired report after selecting a report, specify a report type whether you want the report for a date range or a single date specify the date(s) of interest and finally, click on one of the buttons show report opens report in this same browser tab show report (new page) opens report in a new browser tab export report queue up the report to be run and exported to an xlsx clear all reset all the fields for a new report selection exporting a report if you select "export report", you will see the following message at the top of the screen when the exported report is ready, the bell icon in the upper right will indicate and the number next to the bell indicating notifications will increase click on the bell icon and select the report results of interest those results will be downloaded in xlsx format from your browser
