Face Authentication

Overview
The settings in this group control 3 things:
- Face Authentication - the core capability of Secure WFH in which the face in the camera is authenticated to a reference picture of that agent
- Background Face Authentication - ongoing face authentication that occurs after initial face authentication and re-authenticates that the same person is still on camera as was originally authenticated
- No Face Detection - detecting when there is no face in the camera's view (either the agent walked away from their seat, the camera is covered, or the camera isn't pointing in the right direction)
We recommend only changing the "Common" settings without guidance from Tetherfi support.
Feature Settings - Common
- TRS_FACE_AUTHENTICATION_ENABLED
- true = Face authentication is enabled
- Default: true
- TRS_BACKGROUND_FACE_AUTHENTICATION_ENABLED
- true = Background face authentication is enabled
- Default: true
- TRS_BACKGROUND_AUTH_INTERVAL
- How often in seconds background face authentication is performed
- Default: 300
- TRS_BACKGROUND_AUTH_FAILURE_LIMIT
- Number of times background authentication can fail continuousy beyond which a background face auth failure event is raised
- Default: 3
- TRS_NOFACE_DETECTION_ENABLED
- true = No face detection enabled
- Default: true
- TRS_NOFACE_VIOLATION_TIMEOUT
- Timespan in seconds during which no face is continously detected after which a no face found event is raised
Feature Settings - Advanced
- TRS_FACE_COMPARE_FREQUENCY
- Face compare frequency per number of positive face founds
- Default: 50
- FACE_DETECTOR_MODEL_THRESHOLD
- Threshold for face detector
- Default: 0.6
- FACE_DETECTOR_MODEL_CONFIDENCE
- Confidence for face detector above which a positive identification occurs
- Default: 0.8
- FACE_DETECTOR_MODEL_RUNFREQUENCY
- Run frequency for face detector in milliseconds
- Default: 300
- FACE_DETECTOR_MODEL_SWAPRGB
- 1 = enable, 0 = disable
- FACE_DETECTOR_MODEL_ENABLED
- 1 = enable, 0 = disable
- TRS_FACE_AUTH_CONFIDENCE
- Face auth confidence above which authentication is a success. This is for the v2 face authentication model. Note that this value is divided by 100.0.
- Default: 80.0
- TRS_LOCAL_FACEAUTH_CONFIDENCE
- Local machine face auth confidence above which authentication is a success
- Default: 0.5
- TRS_FACECOMPARISON_ENABLED
- To Enable Local Face Comparison.
- Default=false
- TRS_FACECOMPARE_FAILURE_LIMIT
- Number of Face comparison Failures after which FaceComparisonFailureDetected violation will be raised.
- Default=3
- TRS_FACE_MISMATCH_DETECTION_THRESHOLD
- Threshold which when crossed triggers the AuthenticationFaceMismatch violation.
- Default: 0.80
- TRS_OFFLINE_FACE_AUTHENTICATION_ENABLED
- Face comparison feature/offline face auth feature to be enabled when there is no network connectivity.
- Once network connectivity is back , the next back auth will use the face auth , and also send the face compare results to server.
- Appropriate error messages to appear on UI if the offline comparison fails due to technical issues.
